Mini Session Events

Turn your event into a fully sponsored photography experience for your clients, athletes, or community.

Mini Session Events are designed for organizations, teams, and brands who want to bring professional photography directly to their people—without requiring attendees to coordinate, pay, or manage anything.

You simply choose how you want to sponsor the experience.

A young child in a light blue button-up shirt smiles brightly in front of a cascading waterfall and lush greenery.
Two smiling boys in matching reindeer sweaters sit on Santa Claus's lap in front of a decorated Christmas tree.
A young child in a plaid shirt laughs joyfully with the Seattle skyline visible across the water in the background.

There are three sponsorship levels depending on how much you want to invest in your audience.

Full Sponsorship

You fully sponsor the photography for your audience

Starting at $750–$1,500 per event

Choose this option if you want to:

  • Provide a completely free experience for your clients or participants
  • Eliminate any payment or purchasing steps for attendees
  • Maximize goodwill, engagement, and participation
  • Offer a premium experience as part of your brand or program

How it works:

  • You cover the full cost of the photography event. Every participant receives access to their images at no additional cost.

Partial Sponsorship

You sponsor the experience, and participants can also purchase images

Event Investment: $500–$1,000 + participant image sales

Choose this option if you want to:

  • Reduce your upfront cost while still supporting your audience
  • Provide access to professional photography at an accessible price point
  • Allow participants to choose what images they want to purchase
  • Balance budget with experience

How it works:

  • You sponsor part of the event cost to secure professional coverage. After the event, participants can purchase individual images, typically ranging from $10–$15 per image.

Sponsored Access

You invest minimally, and the event is funded through participant purchases

Starting at $250–$500 booking fee

Choose this option if you want to:

  • Bring professional photography to your audience with minimal upfront cost
  • Let participants directly fund their own images
  • Turn the event into a self-sustaining or revenue-generating experience
  • Maximize scale and attendance without financial barriers

How it works:

You cover a small booking fee to bring the photographer on-site. Participants then purchase their own images after the event through a curated gallery experience, typically at premium per-image pricing or bundled collections.

Still Not Sure Which One Fits?

Most clients don’t need to decide upfront.

The right model usually depends on:

  • How many participants you have
  • Whether your audience expects included photos
  • Whether you want simplicity or revenue generation
  • How your organization typically handles event costs

If you’re unsure, I’ll help you choose the model that makes the most sense for your event and audience.

Add-On Options

  • Priority Delivery (24–48 hours)
  • Team or Group Bundles
  • Full Gallery Upgrade (entire event access)
  • Second Photographer (large events)
