Fence Specialists has been installing residential and commercial fencing across the Puget Sound since 1969 — wood, vinyl, chain-link, ornamental iron, gates, and more.
The challenge
Fence Specialists does great work, but capturing it consistently and at a high quality wasn't happening — jobs would wrap without any real documentation, or what existed didn't reflect the quality of the craftsmanship itself.
What we did
This is what a retainer with me actually looks like in practice: for six months, I've shown up on residential and commercial job sites as work happens, building Fence Specialists a real photo library from scratch — not a one-time shoot, but an ongoing habit of documentation they didn't have before. No more scrambling for images when a proposal or a social post needs one; the library is just there, growing every month.
The result
Six months in, Fence Specialists now has a genuine asset library of real installs — residential and commercial — ready to use whenever they need it: proposals, their website, truck signage, social, wherever a real job photo beats a stock one.
